Penticton Regional Hospital (PRH) is a regional referral center and medical facility operated by Interior Health in Penticton, British Columbia. As a major hospital in the Okanagan-Similkameen region, it serves a regional population of approximately 85,000.

Acute beds: 158 beds for acute care.

Extended care beds: 102 beds for extended care.

MRI services: The hospital has a permanent on-site MRI machine, which opened in 2019.

David E. Kampe Patient Care Tower: A six-story patient care tower designed and constructed to LEED Gold standards was certified in 2021.

Services

Surgical services: PRH provides specialized surgical services to patients in the region.

Oncology Unit: A newly expanded oncology unit opened in June 2025. It is now three times its previous size, offering more treatment areas, upgraded isolation areas, and a wig center.

Emergency Department: The final phase of a renovation to the emergency department was completed in early 2022.
